There could be said a lot about this picture. You're sending controversial messages with it. FOr once the chair on the beach with only horizontal lines implies steaduness, no change. But then your exposure time freezes the motion of the waves. A longer exposure would have taken out the harshness of the waves and smoothened them, strengthening your composition. Of course then you had to use a tripod or other support to take the picture. Technically the waves are blown out, no detail visible. You have sensor dust (or water drops) - check the blue sky. I really like your composition and the colors.

I hate these hats when I take pictures. It is so difficult to capture the model's face. Did you try to crop out the bottom of your pic? It's not adding a lot to your composition.

I like the background. Nice contrast to the girl. While you did a great job in the exposure of the girl, the apple is overexposed. Nice saturation of the colors. Your DOF just brings her fingers out of focus.

Nice strong colors and drama. In advanced editing I would expect the foregrund to be highlighted a bit more to expose some details. The reflections of the sun would then be more brilliant as well. I like the way you brought out the clouds
