I adore the colour of a water lily. You did an excellent job of capturing the water drops on the petals. I was going to comment on the darkness but I see you are having camera issues so, I will leave off this time :) Seriously, I like the composition and the colour of the flower very much.

Okay, down to the technicals. The main thing I see here is that you didn't do a last sharpen in post and the image is small. Try 650x650. Your composition is good in that the tree there on the right grabs your eye and pulls it right down to the wet sidewalk. Saturation is good. Overall, a nice photo that conveys exactly what you wanted it to. Rain on the 4th of July :)

I like the light on this photo but would like to see a hair more contrast here and there... the colouring is good and the red is certainly differentiated from the background.
