I have a dilly of a time with night shots... been trying to shoot some lightining bugs, not working out so well. They are tough. You did an excellent job with this one, it is not lacking a lot of detail. What is that blue spot in the top left corner? Almost looks like a galaxy :)

The focal point on that front flower's center is perfect. It really draws you into the photograph and leads your eye around. Beautiful colours and lovely contrast.

The Doll - Before & After

I would like to see more of a plastic look on the finished version as well. Especially if you are going to call her a doll. A doll, by association, is flawless in the skin, eyes, and lips because they are painted. Your edit is good, but I think with your skill level, you could have made it awesome.
