The expression on the older woman is priceless. The glare/blurry effect on the three younger ladies works well, both to bring together the similarity of their expressions and to set it off from the other woman.

The body language on your subjects make this image. They are both slumped a bit, watching the ocean, close but not touching. What are they thinking as they look out at the waves and watch the ship steam by? Nice use of desat too.
