I like the composition on this very much. The water in the fall looks a little strange to me, compared with other pics of this nature. Maybe the exposure was a tad long? I've never tried one of these, so don't really know what to suggest. Still a nice picture, and a 7 from me

Nice black and white conversion, rich tones and full range from blacks to white. I like the motion on the water, too. However, I don't think the main subject is all that interesting. As a total composition it works, however. 7

Well composed, rich colors ad pleasing to the eye. The narrow crop helps accentuate the linear feel to the landscape. I don't care much for the overly thick border, and wish the clouds on the left weren't cut off on the edge, but those are minor nits.

This image was overlooked by the voters and deserved a far better score than it received. It has a wonderful vintage feel to it, the desaturation was well done, and I love the use of the muted colors -- looks like a hand tinted B&W shot from the 1950s.

I gave you the 9. I see this was your first entry ... I hope you don't get too discouraged by the score and we get to see more of your work around here in the future.
