Entrancewayby BrinComment: Good use of the fisheye lens. I assume that the color is by street or security lighting, as it looks like hi pressure sodium. I would not want to work or live here, but it makes a cool looking and very symetrical image. |

Sanctuaryby fredandaudComment: Seems out of level. Good depth of field, and sharpness. It seems quite an "unfancy" portal to be surrounded by such classy columns. |

Red Doorby ShrinkComment: I see that you were shooting for the door in this image. To get a more pleasing light for this type shot, try shooting at dusk or dawn, and have someone flip the light on for just a blink during a long exposure. That will expose the other parts of the scene a little better, and not blow away the area over the door. |

Horses minimalby kislovasComment: Good idea, wrong challenge for this particular image. It would have been very right for the "Min" challenge. It works here too. |

Fishing in the entrance of the lagoonby onarComment: Beautiful location, and the haze is nice too. Well done in exposure, DOF, composition, and color. Including the boat adds a lot as it shows scale and that people interact with this place. |

Graceful Landingby karenkComment: Good, even with the centered composition. The reflection is a very strong part of this image. Meets the challenge theme well too. |

"Ladies and Gentleman, Mr & Mrs...."by CutterComment: The lighting looks planned, but it helps to put the accent on the subject. I am surprised that this is the first entry that I have seen with this "entering a new life" theme. |
