Random Sculptures Around Townby TCGuruComment: Looks like stainless. I see a little rust on the right leg where the brace inside was welded to it.
I think someone may have stolen the flower pot that goes on top of it.
Maybe it is a critter that has been hanging around over near the Oak Ridge nuke facility.
I like the thing. I wonder who thinks all these things up? |

Day 4 - Field Museum Stairsby meyersComment: I see what you were after. Perfection isn't for us humans. It is a good image. The center staircase seems to be going level beneath your viewpoint. Cool effect. |

2nd Street Bridge Day 5by KatmystiryComment: I also like the way the light makes the two piers look golden. It took me a minute to spot the arch of the rail road bridge. |

Day 4: Pennsylvania Avenueby levyj413Comment: Traffic looks fairly light for where you are. Washington is a place full of history and intrigue. Good write up with the image. |

3_TV-tower.jpgby junior_zComment: I see a tower crane in the background, so the towers may not be the tallest thing around for too long. It is good to see construction going on, as that means that some money is moving around in the area.
Are we seeing people on the tower on level 6 ? |

Bonusby xXxscarletxXxComment: That was fun to look thru! We get to see two of your pets and your car as well. I would guess that the road is messy during rainy season. Did flooding wash the soil from under the big tree in the center shot? |

Weird Metal Buildingby AliciaComment: I don't know what they put in there, but they have room for a bunch of it. Maybe in the next few days if you go by there again you will see a sign or a truck going in or out and find out what they use the building for. I would guess that building would show up in the satellite images available on line for sure.
If you had a polarizer that would work with your camera, the sky would be much darker, and the building would stand out better. I have used one of my larger ones with a HP point & shoot with good results by just holding it over the lens when shooting. |

Day 4 - Plantsby Bruce_the_RobertComment: It looks like a good venture into P P land. If you do this again sometime, you might want to try misting the plants with a pump bottle to see if the droplets will look good. |
