Day 09 - Libertyby JimyThingComment: I also like the lamp post. It looks like it would make a good catapult arm for launching melons or pumpkins.
That is a sort of strange composition, with the lamp post being front and center like that. Like the blue sky, and that the lamp post leads down to the building with the logo on front.
Life, Liberty, and the persuit of lamp posts. LOL : ) Message edited by author 2007-02-10 02:41:32. |

Day 9 The Strollby ValdoComment: Very nice B&W image. I like that stone work, and the smooth sweep of the handrails. I noticed that they have many walkways and the like for pedestrian traffic in the UK when I was there. I also noticed that they get used a lot more than the ones here in the US. |

Day 9 - My Houseby Bruce_the_RobertComment: Solid looking home you have. I like the tile roof too. The crop is a bit tight for me. I would have left a little more sky above, but that downsizes the subject to do that. |

Drive Day 9by emily212Comment: That is a fine look at your part of the country! I like the "thru the windshield" view too. The mountains look like an American version of the Alps. |

Day 10 - Southern Cross Windmillby xXxscarletxXxComment: Most of the windmills in this area of the world are "Aermotor" brand. The ones here all have 4 legs too, a curiosity to me, as the 3 legged tower would be more economical to build and easier to set up on site. This one looks a little ragged out for sure. I think that I have seen that tank somewhere before. If the power towers disappear this would be a delicious rural Au image. |
