hospital-view.jpgby JerseyGenieComment: This is beautiful.
I am glad that you were up and moving around enough to get this shot. It looks the way Christmas should look. We don't get the white stuff here in Fl, but I remember it well from my travels. I like that this is a wide view, with lots of little interesting details to see and think about. |

Go Your Own Wayby messerschmittComment: It's amazing what all you can capture if you keep your camera ready. You nailed this one exactly right in exposure and composition. |

freeby rozComment: I like this a lot. The color and shapes of the background connect so well with the shape and color of the piling in the foreground. Good sharp focus on the bird as well, and it also has a repeating theme with the other birds. Great depth in this shot. This would be a great shot for the current "Double Take" challenge. |

HungryHorseby bvlindalouComment: Everyone is making such a fuss over a simple everyday pasture scene. It is an exceptional image, with the way the backlight puts a halo around the horse, and the cows on the horizon give it such depth and scale. I also like the green foreground, and the awesome sun rays. I find that the white in the left sky pushes my eyes down into the area where the horse is, so in a way that adds to the strength of the composition.
Great job, and congrats on a very high score and fine challenge finish. |

Trifecta.jpgby smellyfish1002Comment: It was a good find to see this leaf sticking straight up like this and to capture the reflection so well too. |

Nature's Paletteby RayEthierComment: What a beautiful scene. I like the way you placed yourself on the left side of the road so that the road divides the lush looking green grass and the barn from the colorful hillside. |

my girl in mykonosby boysetsfireComment: This comes as close to a perfect image as I have ever seen anywhere. The image is excellent from the edges of the frame to the center. The only possible distraction that I can see is the dark spot on the wall in the lower left, and it actually just looks like an actual ding in the wall. |

Doom Watchby CalliopeKelComment: Jacks in a box. ( The fish are in the jack family, and an aquarium is a box)
Good pic, they look like little vultures, as the title implies, waiting for something to gobble up. |

different viewby messerschmittComment: Very creative. I suspect that a mirror or double glass was involved, as I see repeating reflections under the eyeglasses. Cool image, and well executed technically. |

goodmanby RetroesqueComment: Without the overall view of the scene, this would not be as powerful. Some days I am just happy to have a camera handy, and I see that this was one of those days for you. Thanks for sharing a very human to human moment. |
