Weedsby EstimatedEyesComment: Grass like this seems to be one of the most technically difficult things to capture due to the amount of detail in it, and it is usually moving in the breeze if it is this tall.
Being there to enjoy it with binary vision and all the senses is just so great that it is difficult to capture that feel in an image. Nice job with this one. |

Stop 2by wickee_oneComment: This is a Dodge 4x4. They were called "Dodge Recon" most of the time. The official Dodge designation was "Power Wagon" and was usually on the sides of the hood in raised lettering. It's a Korean war leftover. They were popular here in S Florida for their running gear, used to make swamp buggies in the 1960's.
Cool desat. I have never seen one pink before. |

Stop 1by wickee_oneComment: The little crown of bokeh in the background over the bloom helps it stand out nicely. We have the same thistles here, and the same color as well as a white variety. |

Funky.jpgby killjoy181Comment: Nice shot of these things. It is interesting that the light is so strong on the weeds and everything behind is much darker. I think I"m gonna sneeze. : ) |

Berry.jpgby killjoy181Comment: These look like grape tomatoes. I wonder if they are wild tomatoes? Good find and caputre.

Flex.jpgby killjoy181Comment: Nice sharp focus and detail in the ducks in this shot. The exposure is right on too with no "blow outs" ..

Snow on Fenceby WriteHeartComment: It's very nice that you got the snow in the air the way you did. It's a nice simple scene, and all the elements seem to work in unison in the image. Pretty. |

What is all this white stuff?by WriteHeartComment: Exposure is just right to get the deer to show up right. If you have a low contrast setting in the K100, it may help with shooting things against the snow without blowing out the snow areas. It's a very tough situation for any camera to handle when the ground is snow covered.
It's great that you have deer in the yard like that. |
