Nov 15 - Morning frostby hajekaComment: The B&W accents the frost crystals, so that is a good conversion. Nice textures in both the leaves and frost. |

Day 14by tinky2Comment: This is a very classic swan pose. Very nice shot indeed, with the beads of water. Exposed exactly right too. |

Inlet.jpgby tnunComment: I was looking back thru the posts made while I was in Mexico, and found this one. I like the processing. I always shoot color, and change it to B&W later, as it allows me more control over the resulting image by being able to use the primary color controls to get more of what I want in the end.
I see that this is the same location as the image in day 30 of the water side challenge. |

Day 13by tinky2Comment: Beautiful curves, and the blues against the plant colors are excellent. Also, nice sharp image! Good stuff. |

Knowledge is Power by glodaComment: Excellent tech, and great result! It's good to see the "blur" getting the deserved attention at DPC now. |

Sunsetby tinky2Comment: I search for scenes like this. The position of the bird gives excellent scale to the whole image. Pretty light in this shot too. It's relaxing to view. If there was enough room to shoot this horizontal without getting distractions at the sides it would cut down on the amount of blank sky at the top. I try to always shoot both vert and horiz when I am shooting this sort of scenes, as I never know till later which will be "the one" that stands out. The bird and reflection though, in the vertical orientation seem to work well to balance the tall shot. Nice. |

Raining.jpgby tnunComment: What a chilly looking soggy day. It's perfect for a "water shots" challenge, as there is water in the air and everywhere in this shot. Glad your camera didn't fall victim to the sprinkles. |
