Excellent shot. It's a moment that has a whole story in it, and you timed the shot perfectly to make the most of the players in the story. The square crop is also fits the scene, and eliminates unnecessary distracting elements.
It looks like the guy at the wheel is holding a cell phone, but it could be that he is listening and wondering "what is that sound?" LOL.
