Playingby KelliComment: The light and colorful background are very right for this shot. It's great that we have good digital equipment to capture these fleeting moments so beautifully now. |

Gus-4 mo.by patio127Comment: This looks like a happy little guy. I like the "old" look for this. |

Mr. Purple finchby stargazer05766Comment: This little guy has interesting colors. It looks almost like a small faded cardinal. Nice light and good detail in this. It's interesting that the branch has almost the same colors to the left of the bird. |

Motor Innby GermaineComment: Artsy, in a California sort of way. The light on the wall looks pretty cool, as well as the mushroom shaped plant in the darkness below it. I sort of like the "peering into the darkness" effect. |

Snow Sculptureby KimmymacComment: It looks sort of like the figure at the top of a "snowdem pole". Exposure must be a little tricky to get right so that the sculpture shows good texture without being overexposed.
I would want to try this shot at night, using a tripod and shooting it from behind with a flash with a colored gel on it, and/or light painting it using a flash light and gels. |

Flamingoby KimmymacComment: You must have been right close to get this with only 55mm. Flamingos make lovely photos, with their curvey necks and big yellow eyes. I wonder if the closest one is preening or if it is keeping it's big beak warm? |

Sharkyby JutildaComment: I like the way that 17mm warps the perspective in this, making the passenger compartment look tiny compared with the engine room. With the 454, you should be able to pass anything on the road, with the notable exception being gas stations. Love that rumble though. |

Bike Rackby GermaineComment: In this one, I like the forest of rigging, and the way the mountain behind in the BG outlines the tops to divide them from the sky.
The cobblestone leading line with the wheels and circle seem to fit as well. |

Stingrayby JutildaComment: This is a good angle on this 72. It focuses on the trademark louvers and the name emblem with the foggy mystique all around. The desat leaves open the possibility of it being any color. The one that I had was dark metallic blue. |
