Vaseby PennyStreetComment: I like the colors and the simplicity in this one. |

Street Sceneby GermaineComment: That was pretty sneaky to get the guy walking in the door. This is a cool shot because of the balance, having everything twice, one left, one right side, except for the guy in the door. Brilliant. |

13-aug 10 wotever. barbed wireby rozComment: It's as if the horses are behind the wire, but at heart they are thinking about wide open spaces under big blue skies. Very artsy Roz! |

Day 9 - Reflective Triptychby loveComment: I thought that it was interesting that the reflections and the three wall receptacles divide this into a sort of triptich looking image. The reflection in the center is your arm with the camera. It looks like the person walking is going to walk right into the painting on the wall. Very strange stuff in this one, in a good way. |

IMG_5794-blurry-poolby Bear_MusicComment: This is quite unlike anything I have seen you do before. The distortion and blur take the edge off the scene and allow your mind to fill in the blanks. It sort of makes me feel that I should reach in a grab the scene and lock it into my memory before it fades completely away. It connects in a good way on a different level than the perfect, sharp, exact images that you normally produce. |

Edit166by mbrutus2009Comment: It looks like you made it up to the lodge at Many Glacier. You didn't happen to see an 18-70 mm bumping around in the falls under the bridge did you? : ) You got a great sky for this shot. Thanks for sharing the beautiful reminders.
Here's one of my shots at that location. I recognized the snow patches on the one cliff face.
If your iso/ap/ssp/ numbers are correct, then it must have been very bright light, or the original was pretty dark. Message edited by author 2010-08-09 00:35:27. |

Edit175by mbrutus2009Comment: I thought it was pretty crazy that these things get big as softballs up there. They are only about the size of a quarter here in Florida. You did a good thing by making this B&W to highlight the seed pod. |
