i'm starting to hate my monitor.. it's time to throw it in the trash bin.. it doesen't show any noyse even after calibration. i saw this pic in other monitor uncalibrated and they show the real noise!!

anyway i want to respond to who tell me someting about composition:

as you can see from the position of the right skate she was to start jumping and turning inside the photo. i've cropped so much because she was a begninner and she doesn't make so clean moviment with arms, but i think that the legs where more elegant..
