Built for speedby parallaxComment: I do love go-karts : )
Always a good place for speed and a splash of colour. I think to lift this points wise it would have been good if you could have captured the kart coming out of a corner, or even approaching you, rather than just having passed. That way you get a little more dynamic tension and involve the viewer more. Good crisp shot though. |

Lapidary workby booboo_goonComment: This certainly shows speed, and having looked 'Lapidary' up in the dictionary I now know another word : )
My only real issue is that even with the title explained I still can't really see what is (or isn't ) going on.
I like the idea, and the crop, but it probably lacks the wow factor that people will be looking for in either having a splash of colour or really crisp focus.
Good luck though. |

RUN!!!by ccabmanComment: Good idea. Personally I would like to have seen a bit more of the runner.
Love the other colours though. |

Arabian Powerby loriprophotoComment: I love the tail held high.
What would have really set this picture off perfectly for me would be if you had some background blur to emphasise the movement. This would leave only this rather magnificent horse in focus and lose the fence, trees etc. |

Colors in Motionby MicrobeComment: I really like the colours in this - but personally I think it fits into abstract rather than speed. I know that speed was used to create the picture - but I would want to see what was speeding or some sort of visual context to better understand the shot.
As I say - still a nice shot though. |

Naughts & Crossesby sherpetComment: Shez, I'm delighted this came so high and has taken you over that elusive 7+ mark.
I'm really pleased for you - it's a great shot, and adds to your long line of great shots.
Well Done. |
