Nice straight forward capture of an everyday bird that we can all too easily take foregranted.

If it had not been for his friend I would have cropped it at the 'V' just under his feet and made it a square crop with him as the star. On the other hand I quite like the diagonal they form across the screen, and having two of them does give a greater feeling of depth . .

Actually any one of these would make a fab looking stamp if you had a crinkly edge to put on it - ideal for Christmas . .
