Difficult to determine which is the greatest relection here. The object is stunning, and well photographed, but the reflection mostly of the lily pad seems to detract from the main subject which I would say was the frog.

Almost pleasing. (Sorry, this doesn't sound right: what I meant was that it comes very very close- limited palette, dew drop, double reflection, definition of petal edges, light and dark contrast, highlighting of rose and barest indication of stem and leaves all great components; I'm genuinely puzzled why it doesn't totally work for me. Interestingly, I find if I get stand up and look at my screen from the direction of the source of the light, things come alive).
