Must say thanks for voting and commenting. Even by my peculiar standards this challenge was full of astonishing images, so my low scores, tho impressive, are not surprising; the high scores are.
Note: this is a negative primarily because it brought out stuff in the sky; not sure about the colour - I had a blue version but it had a lot of green in it, so to be "safe" I hit the sepia button - apparently not safe enough.

This is so dear. Love the whole idea, snow fall on snow, bright snow but greyness of the snowing. Not sure about the glow effect on sparrow, because I suspect this might stand very well without it.

16 - Sunset and Old Pier

Good sunset capture. (Beginning to wonder if you have gold IN your camera or if it just attracts gold). I find the sun competing with pier for the centre of attention, so the composition doesn't quite settle, but I like all the elements.
