Yes, I looked at this before and was bothered by the flattish strip of water at the bottom. Hard to tell if you need more or less or none of it; or maybe some texture or variation in it to help hold its own and/or complement the wonderful dark but contrasty drama above.

Southwark (Week 8)

Not quite so fetching as the benches, though it might be if the table top were level, or more level. Piled up snow on right distracts. Maybe a different cropping to isolate the 2 chairs and table top, and the shadows which you have given a nice space to lie upon.

Bold contrast is almost a foil(!) for the shimmery shiny train, which is at once the reason for the people and the structureand the vehicle of ephemera - here today and gone today. But of course there is a dog.

Week 09 - Long way

(Not caught up on my commenting, but I had to see this, and I was way not disappointed). Certainly agree with other comments about perspective and light at the end, but what I find truly enchanting is the way the dark tree trunks are contrasted to the mid-grey ones, and the way the branches gesture at each other forming a canopy of conversation overhead.
