Nov 19 - Rainy viewby hajekaComment: Enjoy the action, especially the grey almost stick figures lower right. Captures grey wet city. |

Nov 18 - Gooseby hajekaComment: Tones, shapes textures work really well. Juxtaposition of goose bill and leaves just right. |

Nov 16 - Stairsby hajekaComment: This is a wonderful collection of elements! And without my glasses the puddle looked like a hole, gateway to another realm. Verticals of standers and walkers and tree trunks beyond. Good one. |

Day 20by tinky2Comment: Yes, this is a standout, especially the drake who seems to pop out of the picture. |

Flying Lightby cogeroxComment: (Similar but totally different!) Here, the drama is on the egret catching the sun, and the eye is also drawn to the two lines of rice stalks in focus. (Would build my composition around these features; at this resolution the reflection does not add much). |

19 - Treesby ErikVComment: Popping colours; love the ripple effect and nice touch of the leaves at the bottom. |

Day 19by tinky2Comment: Erik is right in that the stairs and wave action are beguiling, but then we would lose the main feature, Aqua Plus. Very cool. |

Rock Creek Power Stationby cogeroxComment: Very complex photo. POV and delivery of detail make it almost surreal; station stands out in a dark natural scape - dark trees, dark green blue river, slatey blue rocks on either side, all great elements. And so strong and sufficient in themselves that I would crop that bit of sky and sunlit treetops, or subdue them, although I know they provide context. |
