My first thought was Saskatchewan - almost the same. Very good with the title concept. (Your town and nearly everyone else's; this conjures up the whole gamut of western settlement). Everything in this photo serves its purpose. jpeters might have a point about the sky - maybe more playing with the colour channels in the bw conversion.

I thought this was brilliant. But what do I know. I guess I just see the scene (brilliant) and only later see your field of view starts and ends a bit too soon - I'll never learn. All by way of saying this was the most meaningful imaginative interpretation in the challenge.
