Trier Dom cherubby MelethiaComment: Great lighting and tones, and provoking juxtaposition. Another of your pictures where a lot more is going on than first meets the eye. |

Pedestrianby MelethiaComment: Incredibly rich in Melethia 'apercus.' (Always wanted to use that word - it would be better with the little tail under the 'c,' but my graphics haven't advanced that far). And making a grand patterned sweep of human patterns.... If there were a doctoral program in patternology, this photo could be your thesis. |

hot tomatillo?by sfaliceComment: Delightfully clever. But in truth I am at first drawn by the deep dark colours, what looks like a spider, and the prehensile clasp of the tomatillo husk. |

the three idiotsby rozComment: Love it. Sheep, title. (Local alpacas are not good photo subjects for me, but your glamour shot was a beauty). |

Accordian originalby MelethiaComment: You're doing it again. I'm going back and forth between this and the BW crop/conversion. Crop is a much tighter picture dynamically, and features the accordion guy, but I like seeing more of the bridge, that nice curved shadow and the older Frankfurt buildings in the background making a nice contrast to the modern ones farther right; as well the old town syncs nicely with accordion guy. (Cripes, photography gets harder every day). |

Fur-arriby MelonMusketeerComment: Greyhounds have such sweet temperaments. (A little relieved to read that the eyes are the result of a radical lens!) This really goes back and forth between sweet and scary. |
