VA State Birdby MaryOComment: I only saw these birds last year with images that Pat patio127 posted in one of the side challenges.
The softness of the image and the colours in the bird are amazing. It looks like it might be getting quite cold there the way his feathers are all fluffed up. Excellent DOF with the restricted light. |

Piggy-backby RetroesqueComment: Nice deep colours in this Lisa. Looks like these little molluscs are trapped in a watery cavern. |

Cattle Egret Eventby MelonMusketeerComment: No idea what a cattle egret is! Looks like some sort of crane. I notice a ripple in the water behind that fence post. Is that a 'gator feasting on a cattle egret Waddy?? lol That would explain why all the rest are standing on the shore and one absolutely petrified cattle egret is running away in the distance. Very picturesque drive to work. |

I said, Have a Merry Christmasby karmatComment: Looks like this could have been fun or very frustrating. Anyway a nice fun image with beautiful colours and expressions on the kid's faces. Bernard did a nice job on the lighting. |
