Very nice Sandy! I love the effect of the lights creating the rectangular shape framing the back dancers. I rather like your blurry photo too! I've got a blurry outtake for the b/w side challenge myself, but I'll have to wait....Thanks for sharing this shot, it really is interesting.

I would have never pictured this scene in b/w but it works so well! I'm not convinced about the large border, but it does look nice...

I love the tones in those trees and it really adds great debth to the shot. Did you do any kind of HDR on this? It is a great b/w conversion.

71 year old finished 100 miles? That is amazing!

Ouch this really hurts my eyes. I have to give you an 8 even though I don't like the abstractness because you have met the challenge perfectly, created interest, provided a path for my eyes and made me think. Perfect for this challenge.

Ok, at least there is something to grab hold of here..I have no idea what, but visually it is nice to have that anchor. The best aspect is the coordinated colors and since of motion. Great job on this crazy challenge. 8

I feel strange voting on these abstracts because I really don't like that form of art, but I'm going to attempt it anyway! I think the color pallete is awesome, you've met the challenge well and there is some sort of balance to this so you get good marks from me. I feel no connection to it and no interest at all though (I hope you realize that is a fault of mine and not the photo!). 7

You definitely got the blurry mess nailed. I find it strangely interesting too..I like the fact that I'm being sucked in to the center where the light worms are.

Meets the challenge very well and is not bad to look at. Doesn't apeal to me in any way, but for the challenge it works. I would have liked it more if the dark blob on the top were yellow to provide some balance or if there were something to keep me inside the photo rather than wondering straight off the top of the frame.
