This is a refreshing entry to find in the middle of the chaos challenge. This is definitely chaos, and I like that it is an appealing image.. one of few in this challenge. The slow shutter brings out the chaos in your shot, the black/white is also a good choice for this one. I realize there are other shots in the challenge that appear more chaotic, but they, simply put, are not appealing to me at all. This one is art. 10

This certainly is "chaotic." Its also a well shot crystal clear image. I like that it shows an almost systematic, but chaotic organization. Static images are not usually my favorite type of art, but I give this high marks in every way.

This is a beautiful work of art. One of my two favorites in this challenge. I love the soft blue color scheme.
My only suggestion would be to straighten out the horizon some. still a 10
