HAhahahaha!
How Rare! I must say; I didn't vote on this challenge, but if I did, I would have given this a score never before seen on DPC.

I've seen the picture of Gary and his brothers..... This must be his half-sisters.

You two are totally out of control.

Cool place for a grunge shoot, for sure. It has all the colors and character I'd be looking for to place in the background for the perfect "grunge" shoot.

Definitely “artful” – I think the addition of a "grungy-looking" band in the foreground would win you the blue ribbon in this challenge.

This is a really great composition! It’s seedy and run-down which make for an awesome “grunge” appeal.
I like the colors and the more-natural, less-processed appearance of the shot. I would, however, like to see a little more detail in the shadows of the hot and cold taps.
There are quite a handful of diagonal lines in this image. It is difficult to keep diagonal lines free from degradation. Some are showing a little more bitmap in areas. (Not horrible, but noticeable). Sometimes the diagonal lines can be improved in the way you apply the sharpen tools with the resize. It helps a great deal to avoid over-cropping the image as well.

There were some great shots in this challenge, but this one was by far my favorite shot of the bunch. This is an amazing capture on so many levels. The combination of just the right amount of motion and clarity within a single capture is very difficult to achieve. Being able to apply the technique perfectly to the ideal subject makes for a remarkable work of art.

It’s no secret that blur images don’t seem to score as well with the DPC voters, but I have to admit; I am shocked to see where this one finish.

You have a real talent in your execution of motion blur Mae.
Kudos on you for a very awesome entry.
