A Different Slant on Justiceby BrianRComment: With everything the building itself has to offer on its own, I would have liked this more if the flowers were not there...
I'm pretty much a newbie here, though, so take my comments with a grain of salt - just 'cause I'm being critical doesn't mean I think MY stuff is doing any better! You'll likely lap my submission... Good luck! |

I thought I saw a puddy=catby rosiehallComment: Though the angles are there, I'm just not compelled to any particularly strong feeling by this shot. Diagonal Promotionalby DannyByStereoComment: To me, this would have been way more interesting without your bros posing in the shot - particularly if you had managed to get the train to stretch all the way to the vanishing point. I'm pretty much a newbie here, though, so take my comments with a grain of salt - just 'cause I'm being critical doesn't mean I think MY stuff is doing any better! You'll likely lap my submission... ** Came back to bump you up an extra point & add that I think this probably would have been an awesome shot (to me anyway) if you had them line up, evenly spaced down that yellow line. I realize you may not have actually known them and may have felt you couldn't have done that - but that's part of being a photographer sometimes!** |

Dikeby RobMolComment: Diagonal - sort of :: Interesting/compelling subject - not particularly :: creative composition - not particularly ::
Seems like you could have done more both at execution & in post with this one, but I'm pretty much a newbie here, though, so take my comments with a grain of salt - just 'cause I'm being critical doesn't mean I think MY stuff is doing any better! Good luck! |

The little things you share or give, helps the poor survive and liveby ho0jokerComment: Effect feels a tad cliché-ish. I like the composition & detail, but I probably would have like it more as a straight b&w. Diagonal Rocksby sfarrell23Comment: 'Diagonal' is a stretch here... Perspective seems lacking in creative inspiration as well. I'm pretty much a newbie here, though, so take my comments with a grain of salt - just 'cause I'm being critical doesn't mean I think MY stuff is doing any better! Good luck to you! |

Fencedby dtlightComment: Seems dark & a bit flat overall - also, focus & intent is a bit ambiguous leaving me a bit uninterested. I'm pretty much a newbie here, though, so take my comments with a grain of salt - just 'cause I'm being critical doesn't mean I think MY stuff is doing any better! You likely will do better than my submission... Good luck! |

Like an arrow to the heartby mistComment: This just doesn't do it for me. Nothing powerful or compelling & as the title is a bit cliché it makes me feel like the idea is too. **Came back to adjust my comment & bump you up an extra point** |

Cold Snapby derekmartinigComment: I like the memories this evokes for me, but I'm afraid as a photo in and of itself it needs more than what's there now. Perhaps an extreme close up of one of the smaller, snow covered branches shooting diagonally across the frame? Or maybe slightly different composition, but in black & white? I'm by no means an expert & still learning myself, so don't take my comments as any sort of professional critique! Good luck... |
