Life: not so Grandby LVicariComment: Love this street scene. Since the person is so dark in the photo it adds a sense of creepiness or mystery to this photo for me. |

Fall Sceneryby TomComment: good use of motion blur. I don't know when this was taken so I can't say for sure but I think this could of done better with better light, maybe very early morning or after sunset. |

Project Jumperby JustinMComment: Originally posted by pixelpig: Please don't be offended, I don't see stress & tension but rather whimsy & imagination with an interesting surrealistic twist. I always enjoy the photographer's comments (I wish we all took more time to write more of them). Sometimes I agree, sometimes, not, but it's always an interesting read. The see-thru bldg in the BG is really nice touch. The stop signs are funny. More of these, please! |
Thanks for the comment.. now that you say that I can tell that "stress" really doesn't come out strong. Possibly it was just the way I was feeling at the time. The building in the background is actually WWII ammunition shelter. The explosives somehow ignited and it was a chain reaction and literally blew the roof and windows completely off! It has now been sitting abandoned for many years. |

Carbon Copies by jegerComment: GeneralIE, I like your comment! I think it may have some truth to it. and Jeger, wonderful photograph. I'm not on here quite as much anymore and I saw the thumb of this photo and realized I hadn't opened it and seen it yet. |

Cat napby picksterComment: wow that's some short grass for being in the wild, or either that cat crept into human civilization. Or maybe it was taken at a zoo... |
