Sweet Friend of Mine

You are seriously so magical. Your ability to enter the lives of strangers is such a gift. These two girls are gorgeous! I love this sweet innocent moment you got here. The fact that the mom is going to get to have a copy of this is even more special.

Just an idea for you. Someone mentioned this to me once and I've been keeping it in the back of my head until the right moment presents itself. Someone told me of his plan to do charity photoshoots at a women's shelter or some place like that where people are temporary residents. His motivation was like what you mentioned above: these families probably do not have photgraphic record of their families. I thought it was a great idea and hope to get that going here some day. I think you'd be perfect for it :)

Night Scene

Sometimes I wished I lived in a big city so I could capture shots like these. (A crowd here is like two people lol) My fave photos are ones that are able to single out an individual in a crowd - and capture that raw emotion in that moment. What I find really interesting is that everyone around him is dressed for what I am assuming is rainy weather. And here he has no umbrella or raincoat and even his hood is down. This is a very cool shot.

lol well it is not that bad. I love how the colors are rippled. The only bummer is that dot of darkness which I am guessing is floating in the water. Oh well, what ya gonna do?

Wow, I cannot believe this scored so low. Great idea. Love how you've put emphasis on the stretched shadow. I also like how it appears that the shadow is playing with your daughter (?). Cool shot and quite an underappreciated one at that.
