Tree with a Touch of Redby jaysonmcComment: You're crazy - it is a fun shot. And it's gorgeous! Cold metal, cold ground, contrasting with the beautiful warm red - and then joined together by the festive tree. It's great! |

Gandhi: An Homage to Peace in the Heart of Londonby jonfrommkComment: I like the idea that you going with the perspective you used. Unfortunately it looks like a branch is scratching his forehead lol. I don't think I totally understand the image you were trying to convey but what I do like seeing is the area surrounding the statue. It looks like a very calm and serene place for a statue like this. |

Doorway to Heavenby JudiComment: This is interesting. I love how you make it look like she is opening up the sky. I agree with what someone else said - it would be good to see a little more light on her too. Cool idea. |

Drive-by Blindnessby levyj413Comment: I have to say that I agree with your thougts there. I kind of took a lot for granted until I started wandering out with my camera. Interesting juxtaposition. |

Courtyard of the Skyby jaysonmcComment: Wow this is interesting. Who would think to put the green stuff between all these cream colored buildings? I like how you've captured the light creeping into this area. |

Lens Baby Alleyby jackal9Comment: Yay you are back! Learning how to put a new twist on your urban shots? lol. The lensbaby is cool, but I like the light and shadow in this as well. |

Night Sightby JuliBocComment: That spooky looking eye really jumps out at ya. I can see the detail in the feathers below the head but since my attention is drawn to the eye, I'd like to have seen a little more focus on the head. I do love the diagonal you created with the beak. |

Fadedby WildcardComment: Not sure why this scored below 5. I can see plenty of texture. Maybe some of the voters need to touch the thorns lol. |
