8 deer outby jbrightComment: Very pretty! I'm going to have to get out to the metroparks. FYI - there's a lot running around the Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge too. I love the contrast of the browns against the white background. It was very nice of them to stop and pose for you like this. :) |

_D_by MikeOComment: Too bad, I thought this would have scored higher. I gave it a 7. The first thing that caught my attention were those big, beautiful eyes! Such a sweet face. I'm sure this will make a great keepsake! |

Forgotten Benchesby meyersComment: Very nice in black and white. I like the lone one in the foreground and the others in the background. The arch of the bridge(?) in the background is a nice complement to the arched supports of the benches. |

May the Circle be Unbrokenby purpleflutterby13Comment: I didn't get to finish voting so I am glad I am seeing this now. It's gorgeous! I love the different color shades of the sky. I love that the tree is arching over to fill the top of the frame. And the streaks of light are very cool. Great catch! |

Simply redby MelethiaComment: Well, I personally liked this shot and now that I see your original, I loooooooove the processing. This would look perfect on a card. I love the soft glow and also love that you used PP to enhance the textures. Let me know when you decide to share the processing steps! |

Into the Wildby noranekoComment: You must have had a great time photographing animals like this. I would love to do that some day. I think my favorite part of this is how it looks like the horn is glowing. It has such a beautiful and rich golden color. I love the details you can see on it too. |

Crooked Treeby jaysonmcComment: Uh, oh, you scored above a 6 and are in the top 75 in a FS. Hope you are feeling ok :P
I think mist/fog/clouds and trees are such a beautiful and mystical combo. I like the perspective as I get a feeling of really having to tilt my head back to look up. I agree about the crooked branch adding some interest, because it breaks away from the stick-straight patterns of all the other trees. Great shot. |

The Wandererby HaneckComment: You know, I was sure you were from Michigan and then I was going to comment on how amazing it is that there's no ice on the lake lol. So I see you were lucky to have taken this in a much warmer climate :) I loved the blue, gray, and brown tones of this shot. Including the lone person is a nice enhancement to the mood of the scene. |

Bridge Over Untroubled Watersby levyj413Comment: The title was actually the first thing to catch my eye today. We have terrible flooding going on in our area now. It is nice to see this scene with the smooth and calm waters. I love the colors of the sky and the starburst lights are a very pretty addition to the photo. |

The Lady Takes a Drinkby TCGuruComment: Sunshine, flowers, butterflies... is this what it looks like now where you live? Lucky girl! This is a beautiful shot. I love the clarity and warmth projected from this image. I'm ready for spring! |
