Composition/Content - For me, the composition could be improved ever so slightly. I'd opt for a wider view... that is, more of a panoramic crop
Background - A little too much bright sky which is making the foreground appear darker than it is. the vignette effect is a bit distracting to me.

Camera Work Technical - Creatively and compositionally this image is substantially more than a snapshot. focus is good.
Digital Processing - Technical - I'm not sure what i'd do differently. Nothing strikes me negatively or significantly positively.

Opinion - I enjoy looking at the shot. and think it is a lovely idea for a memorial.
