Composition
I love the way this is framed and feel that there is a definite rhythm to the way the snow is falling.
Sharpness: The soft focus adds to this image it doesn't detract from it in my opinion

Exposure:
Contrast & Color: A little bit grey.

Suggestions for improvement:
Next time up the ev a stop and try iso 200.

Composition The composition definitely meets the challenge as the tiles portray lovely rythmic lines.
Exposure:
Contrast & Color are good.

Suggestions for improvement:
Take a crop from the middle to do away with the white line at the bottom, and the edge of the roof. Neither of these enhance the image!

Composition
The subject of this image is easily identifiable, and the framing of the subject is good.

Sharpness:
The image is slightly soft, this could have been caused by the resizing of the image, try applying a modicum of unsharp mask.
Exposure: Contrast & Color: Good skin tones. The image shows the typical olympus coolness of colours. The camera has coped excellently with the metering exposing very well under the difficult conditions

Suggestions for improvement: Perhaps next time make sure both eyes are showing!

This is beautifully composed shot the eye is led right into the image to the little lass at the end! I hope someone went to her rescue! And the various elements of the photo are well balanced within the frame
Exposure: Contrast & Color, and focus are spot on!

Suggestions for improvement
Perhaps play with the brightness and contrast and see if you can get even more tonality into the scene. And Please do away with the pink border it is a detraction and distraction from a lovely photo!

Composition
The subject is easily identifiable as the strange ice formations that immediately grab ones attention. But the horizon line is not level and I dont quite get the perspective aspect.
Focus and exposure are excellent, as are Contrast & Color:
Suggestions for improvement
A more level horizon

Firstly double congratulations on your win and your great perspective image, this is one I would like hanging on my wall!
Composition : Good
Exposure: You have made an excellent job of what must been rather challenging winter light conditions!
Some suggestions
What did it look like in black and white instead of sepia? I was going to suggest cropping a bit more but you would lose some of those beautiful reflections and the way that lines lead you into the image!
Great image!

Firstly congratulations on a using a unique approach to the challenge!
Composition:
A little bit too busy , but still ok! I am glad you used black and white! I think colour would have been too distracting.
Exposure: good focus and lighting,

Suggestions
Take a crop from the middle to cut down the amount of raindrops and focus on those lovely clear mirrored images.

Composition: There are too many things the same colour in this image and that includes the border.
Technical: focus is good.
Meets challenge: Not quite sure why this is cliche.
Overall impression: A Busy picture that doesn't draw the eye to any particular point and allow it to come to rest.

Suggestions
Get rid of the border! Crop the image until the pine cone is in the bottom left corner, increase the contrast.

Composition I like the layout of this image with the train on the wall in the background, I can imagine travelling by steam train across the USA in the olden days!
Exposure I am afraid that you have tried an image in lighting conditions that were beyond the capabilities of your camera, and this has resulted in a lot of noise.
Processing: I dont think that processing would help in this instance.
Suggestions: Try taking lots of images in lots of different conditions until you find the optimum for your camera. Then work within it.
A lot of the lower end cameras do very well in the challenges, its a matter of knowing what your camera can and cant do.
Good luck with future challenges.

Congratulations on a lovely, vibrant image! For me this image definitely has the wow! factor, It is a perfect before and after illustration and it jumps out of the screen and says look at me!
I like th juxtapositon of the two peppers and the contrast with the white board.
If I was to nitpick I would say the lighing is a bit bright and the focus a little soft in parts. But I personally wouldn't change a thing in this image.
