An excellent monotone study. The composition is sound - indeed I can't fault you on the technicals, although the photo as a whole doesn't 'speak' to me in any way.

Pleasing scene and composition, but the colours are a little over-saturated for my taste. The tree looks a little course - perhaps a little wind movement between the frames? I do feel the photo would benefit from some shadow - its ultra even light has the effect of making it quite flat.
