What a great find! I love the slipped 'O' - it just seems so appropriate. I guess this has been tone-mapped, and I feel the style suits the image well, although personally I would prefer a little more shadow.

The contrast between the quiet, almost serene, calm mannequin and the aggressive 'in your face' pose of the model is well handled and provides for an interesting image.

I would hazard York Railway station - above Platform 8? The twist and pattern of the roof pieces is quite magical. Yours is much more sharply focussed than mine - hand held, or did you get permission to use a tripod?
