Having Funby urabusComment: This one doesn't really work for me. I suspect that this may have been your first attempt at panning - it is a difficult technique to master, and I am not really there yet myself, either. A faster moving subject, or a slower shutter speed and longer distance of panning with the shutter open would give a more noticably blurred 'speed streaked' background. |

The Old Tire Swingby eastonslightComment: A tricky subject to pan, but you got it. In an ideal world you would have moved the car before taking the picture and caught the whole of the tyre and leg, but you have captured the sense of fun, and something of a sense of sponteneity, too. I wonder if slightly tighter framing and a tilt would add a bit more dynamism? |

No two alikeby MelethiaComment: This was the only 10 I gave out in this challenge - certainly didn't have it as yours, it is really quite different to your usual style! |

Rock Bottomby bvyComment: One of my favourites of the challenge. It is interesting how the child almost confuses the scale, rather than clarifying it. Pleasingly observed. |

summer vacationby vawendyComment: I remember that feeling, about three-quarters of the way into the summer holiday, itching to get back to school so that I would have someone else to play with except my brother! Very nicely observed. |

wanna a ride?.JPGby yiannis723Comment: This is good - I like your mono work! The shallow depth of field is right for the image - one of the best in your portfolio. |

human's best friendby yiannis723Comment: I agree with Steve regarding the location of the shot - the car wasn't the best of backdrops, and the cut off feet are a bit of a problem. But that aside, you have a pleasing portrait of the dog, with a good tonal range. |
