A STUDY IN LINE AND FORM. YOUR EYE FOR COMPOSITION IS OUTSTANDING, AND THIS PHOTO IS NO EXCEPTION. I REALLY LIKE THE WAY THE TIP OF THE LEAF IN THE BOTTOM RIGHT BREAKS THE STRAIGHT ABSTRACT OF THE OTHER LEAVES. THE OTHER THING THAT ALWAYS IMPRESSES WITH YOUR AGAVE PHOTOS IS HOW SOFT YOU GET YOUR LIGHT, AND HOW IT BRINGS OUT SUCH GENTLE SHADOWS THAT SHOW OFF THE SCULPTURE OF THE PLANT YET NEVER BECOME HARSH.

THIS PHOTO SO IMPRESSED ME WHEN I FIRST SAW IT QUITE A FEW YEARS AGO NOW - AND IT HAS GROWN ON ME EVEN MORE. I LOVE THE ARCHITECTURAL, SCULPTURAL FEEL YOU GIVE TO THE PLANT, AND EVEN MORE THOSE DELIGHTFUL COLOURS AND TONAL RANGE. A REALLY SUPERB PHOTO THAT I WILL NEVER TIRE OF LOOKING AT.
