Paths Divided by ethanbykerk7Comment: Nature, yes, and a pleasing photo, and whilst I am sure there is some wildlife in there, I can't find it. |

Spring seagullsby MundiComment: The square crop is a good move, as is the retro feel given by the border, but at the end of the day, there just isn't enough detail and the image is too dark to appeal to me. |

Black Swanby NeatComment: an interesting choice going mono - not convinced it works for me. The photo does look a little soft, and could perhaps do with more sharpening. |

Reverieby wildirisComment: A heron in its nest makes an interesting variation on the subject. Looks like this was at the limit of your camera/lens' capabilities, but a worthwhile shot nonetheless. |

A really appealing wildlife photo with a hint of environment and behaviour. |

Going Placesby MondComment: You can always find some wildlife (I have a feeling insects were supposed to be excluded form the challenge, but happy to overlook that), wherever you are! Nicely captured with the perfect dof. For me, the ends of the blades of grass don't add anything to the photo. |

African Hadeda Ibisby balancedfoxComment: It must be so exciting to be able to see birds such as these in the wild! The blues and lilacs of the plumage are lovely, as is the metalic sheen you have captured. The greens of the bokeh are a good foil. At some point I would be interested to see a wider shot, with some idea of scale. |

a duck in the mangrovesby AbraComment: A pleasing portrait, and a super reflection - I do get an idea of place, which I like in wildlife photographs. I'm not absolutely convinced by the framing, 'though. |

A Concentrated Worm Tensionerby RodorComment: Ha, great timing and adds some real interest. I wonder if you could have pushed the saturation slightly, there is a slightly 'muddy' feel to the photo as presented. This looks to be an Oyster Catcher, and their orange does tend to be very bright. |
