back to bump +1, and leave some additional comments:
the good:
dof and wb look good,
good expression and apropriate clothing for the story.
the bad:
too bad the right hand (a bit overexposed) merges with the blown out white books in the bg.
spectacles' frame is intersecting left eye (I can´t avoid seeing it all the time, not sure if this is "bad" though:-)).
I would like to see better lighting control.

this guy looks like a general of the old russian army :-)
nice telephoto capture, well exposed too, but somehow i can not avoid to see a snapish mood in the image. I mean, it does not look planned, but a shot taken while testing/playing with dof of an excellent telephoto lens. Just my opinion.
