the smoothness of the water below is cool to contrast the rocks and trees - but it almost seems that the water fall is the interesting bit and this perspective doesn't really do the falls justice

good details in the candle and wreath - i just wonder the need to use long exposure here - it seems like a normal studio shot in low light - i am not sure how the long exposure is really making this shot dramatic

and it is a bit early for me....

the coloring is a bit too blue for my taste - it almost seems a close up on a portion of the falls - either the foamy part at the top or the delicate section near the bottom would have worked a bit better and allowed the viewer to focus a bit more...

And the title has to go - we know it is a long exposure from the smoothness of the water and how it is flowing - we don't need you to remind us what the challenge is....

the motion of the water is a good idea for the challenge - but the separation from the motion and the fact that the image seems a bit dark and underexposed takes away a bit
