Wildcat Waterfallby rlewisComment: lovely smooth water in the waterfall - and I can see it was worth the hike!
Not sure about the branch framing the falls - I would rather see the top of the falls. Did you get any shots at an even lower vantage point to push the branch higher? It's a great spot and nicely processed |

Forest of Deanby bobonacusComment: A pretty serene walk....
Very nice HDR technique. You did well to bring back the details in the bright spots. I wonder if a bit of 'sponge' to reduce the pinkish green spot in the lower middle section of the image. |

February Landscape-Eagle Peakby twmaxComment: This is what this side challenge is all about - getting to view images with great light to emphasize the mountains and the details of the sky.
I am with rlewis on the composition with regards to the land - it does not seem to really provide enough 'dramatic feel' - even though the light and b/w processing are very dramatic. A different angle at this shot - lower so we could be looking up at the mountains - or placing the mountains higher in the frame (less sky - even though it is one heck of a sky!) might help make this a bit more dramatic. |

Januaryby darnokComment: Extremely dramatic vista - the water snaking around the curves, the smooth power of the waterfall, the intensity of the greens and aquas - well done |

legsby JutildaComment: what is especially outstanding about this shot is the rich warm lighting - if that was my house, I would try to spend as much time there as possible...

Transdimensionby AliciaComment: I think what I like about the photo is that it feels so kinetic although it is static - almost an inside joke as it were |
