Great colors and composition, but the halo around Tania detracts away from her a little too much - not sure what happened to bring that out.

really nice work Catherine. I love the expressions of these two guys. The one thing that was bothering me is that these guys looked like they were posing for another photog and you happened to get this shot. If they were focused on you, this would have been a 10. By the way, the b/w conversion was spot on and really gave this a boost. 8 during challenge.

this is an excellent image. i love the shallow DOF on the trombonist. you can see the concentration and focus on his playing in the midst of so much else. the colors are so warm and rich - fabulous stuff!

no amount of praying to the gods of baseball will help the Royals. The worse thing is that George Brett can still outplay most of the minor leaguers that are on the current roster.
