The white tree is very cool. The totally blown out street light doesn't really work, because it draws too much attention away from the tree.

The idea is good, I like the statue, and the street leading up to the building. The dark buildings blend into the black sky too much, though. It's impossible to tell where the buildings stop and the sky begins. I think it would be better if it had been taken a little earlier in the evening, to make the sky bluer, and get more definition to the buildings.

Nice long exposure. The moving stars and clouds work really well. I'm not sure the fence in the foreground really buys you much. It doesn't frame or really lead to the mountains, and it keeps pulling my eye away from the beautiful mountains and sky.

Very cool purple color and pyramid shape. The stars are nice too, but the amount of noise in the sky pulls my focus away from the stars. Looking forward to coming back after the challenge and finding out what this is.

Cool! It looks like a big, fireworks palm tree. It really stands out against the dark sky. The only criticism I would have is that the top's cut off, but I'm sure you knew that already.

The lighting and colors are excellent, but it gives me vertigo to look at it. Something like this should probably be shot from a higher vantage point, or at least farther away. That would help with the focus issues on the top of the tower, too.

All The Fun Of The Fair

I like the colors and composition. The subject matter really stands out among all the city skylines. But it looks kinda static. I'm thinking it would be a more interesting picture if you could give the feel of the fair, maybe with some people moving around, or the ride in motion, or something like that.
