Pardon?by scooter88Comment: Good title. Great color. This is almost a fantastic shot. His face is just a bit out of focus. Had you managed to capture from his nose to his eyes in sharp focus I'd have given this a ten and hoped for a ribbon. |

Poiseby phreakComment: Poise is right. However, because of the window behind the cat, you've got a contrast problem. The highlights from the window are blown out and this also causes the cat to be too dark. Then there is the kind of cluttered background. These are meant to be constructive, though, not harsh. I do like the bouquet. |

Siberian Tigerby KatheComment: Good framing. I would be interested to see how it would look with a bit more saturation. But it's good work. |

A New Dawnby GregoryBComment: Awesome. I love the background color and how it complements the moth. I think I might like it better with a larger depth of field, though - i.e., if the front wing, at least, was also in focus. |

Fish Heads For Saleby alanfreedComment: It makes me jealous of whoever caught that big one. Was it a tuna? Is it a fish market, or just a cleaning location? IF it's a fish market, it's the cleanest one I've ever seen. It seems like there should be a lot of blood. You should have seen how nasty the fish market in Oman was. And here in Senegal? Wow. The highlights in the back are a bit blown out, though. |

Swimby freakin_hilariousComment: I think it might benefit from a deeper depth of field - i.e., if his lips were also in focus, not just his eyes. |
