The lighting appears strange here. Almost hazy in appearance. Compositionally this is rather bland unfortunately. Perhaps a close up of one of the clocks with a little better lighting would have been more effective.

A very chaotic looking shot that is visually hard to enjoy. There is sooo much going on in this shot that I don't know what I am supposed to be looking at. The title is pigeons but that isn't the focus of the shot. Then again, what is?

Not what I would call "fill the frame". But then again it is. THe challenge description calls for the subject to fill the frame. So the question I have to ask is what is your subject here? Is it the tress? Is it the rocks? Is it the water? This is a technically sound and artful image. Does it meet the challenge? I would say no myself but I can't really dock a whole bunch on that because I can understand your interpretation of the challenge even though I don't agree with it. (7)

Hmmm...I would say that this doesn't quite fit the challenge for me. The frame is filled but not by the subject. (Which appears to be the person in this case). The light in upper left is somewhat distracting as well.
