Very nice clear, simple shot with good color and light. Interesting that the rose is already preparing for Spring.

It should have scored higher, but what's new there? Some people just don't want to accept that there can be interpretations of the challenge that are different than theirs. (Hmmm... maybe that's why there is so much fighting going on in the world today -- people just won't allow alternative ideas.)

I wondered how many people would to do this, and was surprised to see you were really the only one. I think you did it very well too. The framing is perfect, the foot position is very nice, and the gum -- well it couldn't have been any better. I think you deserved a higher score, but congratulations on topping 6 anyway.

I don't know about bison tongues. Are they sticky. I'll assume they are. I like the photo. Nice color on the bison. I'd like it better without the truck, which is distracting. The red pulls my eyes there, as though that is the focal point of the shot, but it is blurred, so it becomes annoying.

I think you should have scored much higher for this brilliant image. I gave it a 10, and can't understand why anyone would have given it less than 7.

I really like your image and the emotion it depicts.

I think your score suffered, because on some monitors (mine included) it is not clear that the white area is dirty snow. It looks to me like white fluff or down from a pillow on top of some dark earth. This is not meant to be a criticism, just pointing out the difficult circumstances here at DPC that often affect our scores.
