60 mphby nzorroComment: Very out of the box for motion panning, but I guess it meets the challenge. The camera is in motion, and some of the background has motion blur. I'm surprised the roadside in the mirror isn't blurred. Nice composition, and points for originality. 9 |

NYC Ladyby gregmComment: DNMC. This is backwards. The background is sharp and moving subjects are out of focus. The moving subject should be the thing in focus, while the rest of the image is blurred. |
