I really do not see how this pertains to the challenge of having the subject and backpack ground the same color. Too bad you didn't get a blue jay.

Beautiful color and light. IMHO, this image would be stronger with the right side (jar) cropped. That background pulls my attention away from the lovely lines of the rest of the image.

Nice and crisp, but a bit confusing. I think there are too many elements in this image! And the lines are disorganized, leading my eye all over the image, with no apparent resting place. I think it might be stronger with just the helmet and glasses.
