Long Shadowsby NuzzerComment: Nice and simple. I like the image a lot. I think I would like it even better with a more neutral color for the pins. Then it would be all about the lines and form. |

Sixth Senseby rachelmeadComment: Good and frightening image. I like the lighting. Without the title, I would not make any connection to this challenge. |

60's Tripby MAKComment: Without the title, I wouldn't see the relevance to this challenge. I like the high contrast on the model's face, the eye is captivating. |

Reflections on the Potomac by levyj413Comment: Wow, you broke the 7 barrier. Congratulations, Jeffery. Great shot. It reminds me of a large eye reflecting a view of DC. I particularly like the light on the bridge in the upper right. |

!by raishComment: Do they think the paint will make the building blend in or become invisible? I think it's fun that you took this shot when the sky looks nothing like the building. |

Wish I could read your mind ...by tamatamaComment: I am surprised this didn't place higher. I thought it was the strongest of the challenge. I don't agree with some of the commenters that a portrait must be planned and set up. Capturing a great face with character in good light is an excellent way to make a portrait. I say well done, and keep shooting portraits. I think you have a knack for it. |
