Attentionby levyj413Comment: Adorable child, and a beautiful photo. From the two photos, it looks like she has her fingers in her mouth much of the time. So this would be a particularly good portrait, with fingers in mouth, but mouth still visible. It's amazing how fast she has grown in just a few months. |

(h)edge of continuityby posthumousComment: A lot of blanks to be filled in here. It keeps me looking -- and smiling.
P.S. I wrote this comment before I read your notes. I got quite a surprise when I did read the note. Message edited by author 2008-04-08 15:21:17. |

Waitingby xianartComment: LOL. Yet it's sad. This gives Jamie Wyath's pig a run for its money. Terrific! |

All to Comeby raishComment: Such nice contact between the baby and the camera. Where did you get this beautiful model? |

Carnivalby noranekoComment: Oooo, beautiful. You have really learned how to make your colors POP. I first noticed that on your wonderful rooster last summer. I have got to take some lessons from you. |

Valley Steelby bmartuchComment: Love the processing -- you took a hard cold scene and made it soft and warm. I especially like the luminosity in the sky. And I like the fading around the edges. |

Squatter's Rightsby jaysonmcComment: The perspective here makes the palapa look like a huge hairy mushroom. The water and sunset are beautiful. I particularly like the slight reflection of the sunset in the water. The colors look very natural. I can see this as a large travel poster, with the ad text in the top third of the image. |

Spring is here!by SaraRComment: The hares are wonderful, and nicely isolated from their surrounding. I think I would like the image better if some of the foreground blur was cropped away. But that is just my personal reaction to most foreground blur. Congratulations on a really high placement in the very large field of entries. |

A fire withinby purpleflutterby13Comment: I have a feeling that people liked the model and the basics of the portrait, but probably didn't realize the shot was lit by fire. So they probably thought the white balance was off. I'm guessing that would be the reason for the disappointing score. |
